Cairo is a wonderful, ancient and exciting city. Be prepared for the, sights and sounds, hustle and bustle of a very busy and populated area.

It is no surprise to see donkeys’ pulling their carts and old work horses fighting for their space on the motorways along with bumper to bumper motor vehicles.

All around are the sounds of cars tooting their horns and the muezzin calling the faithful to prayer. There are so many interesting ancient sites to see and things to do.

Day 1

Arrive Cairo airport and transfer to accommodation. Feel Lifted Team will meet, welcome and confirm your tour arrangements.

Day 2

We recommend an early start to avoid the large crowds and will collect you after breakfast from your hotel. Our professional Tour Guide will accompany us throughout the tour.

Our first visit will be the Egyptian Museum. After the tour of the museum, we will enjoy some light refreshments at a ‘local’ coffee shop.

We drive to Giza Plateau, just outside of Cairo, to see the famous Sphinx and one of the last remaining of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, the Pyramids.

We drive back to Cairo and will have lunch in one of the good local eateries. Then back to the hotel for a well earned rest.

Day 3

The Feel Lifted team will collect you from your hotel after breakfast. Today we visit Old Cairo and visit the well known ‘Hanging Church’ and next door is the Coptic Museum.

Not to be missed is the famous bazaars of Khan El Kalili. Here we will enjoy some lunch.

Re-fuelled we will be ready to go and barter in Cairo’s main Souk. Return to the hotel.

In the evening we will take a trip down the River Nile on a Felucca.

Day 4

A very busy programme with lots to see and do. It was an experience to go from Cairo to Sinai, hike up Mount Sinai and marvel at the rising sun, be amazed by the desert landscape and the dazzling marine life.

Day 1

Arrive Cairo airport and transfer to accommodation. The Feel Lifted team will meet, welcome and confirm arrangements for the tour.

Day 2

Return to the hotel. This is an opportunity to rest for a couple of hours and prepare for the overnight trip to Sinai, which will take approximately 6 hours. We will make a couple of short stops for refreshments.

Day 4

Arrive in Dahab early morning check into your hotel. We will collect you from your hotel late morning and Dahab drive 15 minutes to Laguna.

Laguna is a great area to relax on the beach, snorkel and swim in the sea. We will enjoy a freshly prepared lunch on the beach.

Return to the hotel in time for the Dahab sunset. We will meet later in the evening for dinner in one of the fine local restaurants.

Day 5

We will collect you from your hotel after breakfast. From Dahab the journey by road will take 30–45 minutes to our safari starting point.

With camel and on foot we will go to the White Canyon and the Oasis of Hodra where we will have lunch and a refreshing shower at the oasis.

From the oasis we travel further into the desert to set up camp for the night. Our Bedouin guides will prepare dinner on an open fire.

Our first night under the stars!

Day 6

Travel by pick up to Arada Canyon, most beautiful canyon in this region. We trek for two hours through the canyon and lunch in the Bedouin camp.

From here we will camel and trek about 2 hours to an area chosen for its breathtaking scenery and sunsets. Our guides will set-up camp and prepare dinner on an open fire.

Day 7

In the morning we will transfer to St Catherine’s Monastery. It will take 2 hours to go around the monastery and then we shall lunch in the Bedouin restaurant in St Catherine’s village admiring the stunning mountain views.

We then climb the mountains, which takes approximately 2 hours, where we will see the sunset at the top of one of the highest mountain in the whole of the East.

After our climb back down we transfer to Dahab.

Day 8

You will be collected from your hotel in the morning and we will drive 30 minutes outside of Dahab to the famous area, The Three Balls, situated in the area of Wadi Gnay. Wadi Gnay is an oasis with a palm tree valley on the front of the beach. With its’ very colourful coral reefs and variety of marine life it is a popular site for diving and snorkelling. Sunbathe on beautiful sandy beaches. Swim and snorkel in the sea.

Lunch will be prepared on the beach. Return to Dahab sunset time.

Day 9

The Blue Hole is one of the most famous international parks. Its coral gardens and stunning reefs will not disappoint.

You will be collected from your hotel after breakfast. The journey by jeep to the Blue Hole is approximately 30 minutes outside of Dahab.

We will stay into the early afternoon and there will be plenty of time for snorkelling, swimming, sunbathing and lunch at one of the popular waterside restaurants. Return to Dahab.

Day 10

Transfer back to Cairo and enjoy some free time before departure the following day.
